Every month TTD releases all Swami’s darshan tickets online in advance. They normally give updates three months prior. To book darshan tickets online, log in to the TTD official website with your mobile number. There you can apply for Swami’s various Aditya Seva categories — these are treated as first-step darshan tickets (prime darshan). The four Aditya Sevas are: Suprabhat Seva, Thomala Seva, Archana, and Ashtadravya Padapadmarchana Devotees who want to be picked for these Sevas must register in advance.

Tirumala Lucky Dip Registration Window (Electronic Dip)
Registration to participate in the lucky dip (electronic dip) for these Aditya Sevas is available from October 18 at 10:00 AM to October 20 at 10:00 AM. After logging in with your mobile number on the official TTD website, click the Electronic Dip option for Aditya Sevas, fill in the details, and participate in the lucky dip.
You can select all four Aditya Sevas and all dates of the month (30 days) the system allows that or you may choose a single date and a single seva. There is no rule that you must pick only one seva; if you are eligible and selected, you may be allotted for any one of the dates/sevas you applied for. Use all available options to increase your selection chances.
Tirumala Strategy to Improve Selection Chance
Keep in mind many devotees participate in the lucky dip. If you select only one seva on a single date, your chances decrease. Selecting multiple sevas and multiple dates improves your probability of selection. Typically hundreds of thousands of devotees participate, while roughly 8,000 Swami darshan tickets are available online for a month, so plan accordingly.
What Happens If You Are Selected — Result & Payment Window Tirumala
Results for the lucky dip will be sent as an SMS to the mobile number you provided after October 20 at 12:00 PM. Only those selected in the lucky dip will receive the SMS (SS). If you do not get SS due to technical reasons, log in to the official TTD website using the same mobile number, go to History on the homepage, then click Electronic Dip to check selection status.
If selected, you will have two days to pay the required amount for that seva. The payment window runs from October 20 at 12:00 PM to October 22 at 12:00 PM.
Payment amounts (per person) are:
- Suprabhat Seva: ₹120
- Thomala Seva: ₹220
- Archana: ₹220
- Ashtadravya Padapadmarchana (Ashtadrar Padapadma?): ₹1250
(If two persons are to attend Suprabhat together, example amount = ₹240 for two.)
Single persons can also participate in the lucky dip. Devotees should use these opportunities and register.
Tirumala Aditya Seva Ticket Categories for January (Direct Bookable Tickets)
For January, Aditya Sevas are also classified into four categories which can be directly booked on the TTD website (not by lucky dip). These four are:

These direct booking tickets will be released on October 21 at 10:00 AM on the TTD official website (log in with your mobile number). Each ticket costs ₹500.
Notes:
- Kalyanam ticket is for husband and wife together (two persons). For Kalyanam both spouses attend; total cost for two would be ₹1,000.

Tirumala What the Aditya Sevas Offer in Terms of Darshan Time
If selected for any of the four Aditya Sevas, devotees typically get to sit and watch the main temple rituals for about 30 to 40 minutes in the main temple area, then are escorted to darshan up to the first gate. The physical proximity to Swami is very close — roughly nine feet — and devotees may get approximately 30 seconds to up to two minutes of close darshan. This is considered extremely auspicious.
Timings & Sequence for Specific Sevas
- Kalyanam: Report at 9:00 AM, Kalyanam completes around 12:00 PM, then devotees are escorted for darshan. Children under 12 can be taken along.
- Unjal Seva: Takes place near the main temple in the Unjal Mandapam (next to Dhwaja Stambham), timing similar to Kalyanam.
- Sahasra Deepalankarana & Arjita Brahmotsavam: These are held outside the main temple in open spaces; devotees who book see the seva and then are allowed to proceed for darshan through the designated path. These two services generally start at 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM respectively on those days.
Tirumala Virtual Seva (Online Viewing) and Virtual Darshan Ticket
TTD also offers Virtual Seva (online seva) tickets, called Aditya Virtual Seva / ₹500 darshan ticket. Virtual Seva corresponds to the same four Aditya categories; devotees can book the seva to watch from home. Virtual Seva booking is two-step:
- Book the virtual seva date (to watch the seva online).
- Book the virtual darshan ticket (to be escorted for darshan on a chosen date).
Many devotees miss the second step; make sure to complete both steps to get the darshan ticket. Virtual Seva direct booking will be available on October 21 at 3:00 PM via the official TTD website (login with mobile number).
