Among the nine Narasimha temples in the Telugu states, the Antarvedi Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple is one of them. This temple is located in Antarvedi town, Konaseema district. Here, we can have darshan of Lord Narasimha, one of the ten avatars of Lord Vishnu. The temple is situated at the place where the Bay of Bengal meets the Vasishta Godavari, a tributary of the Godavari River. To reach Antarvedi from Palakollu town, there are two routes. One is by road, and the other is by boat. The Godavari River flows around Antarvedi town, making it look like an island.
On one side, there is the sea, and on the other three sides, the Godavari River flows. To reach Antarvedi, you need to cross the Godavari.
