In this ritual the devotees lie down and roll around the temple premises by chanting the some mantras like “OM Namo Venkatesaya” or “Govinda! Instructions for Pilgrims:

  1. Pilgrims who want to do Angapradakshinam should stand in queue at the C.R.O office counter.
  2. Tickets are issued for the next day using biometric fingerprint. These tickets are issued only in Tirumala every day.
  3. At 1:00 a.m. the next day, devotees should report at the Supadam Entrance after taking a bath. You should report at Supadam in wet clothes.
  4. It is good to take a bath in Swamy SriVari Pushkarini and do Darshan at Aadi Varaha Swamy Temple before entering for Angapradakshinam.
  5. The next morning, devotees should reach Supadam with wet clothes, only then you are allowed inside.
  6. By 2:30 a.m., you will be inside the temple. You have to lie flat on the ground and do Angapradakshinam in the inner prakaram (Vimana Pradakshinam).
  7. Immediately after Angapradakshinam, devotees are allowed for SriVari Darshan.
  8. This is a good opportunity for devotees as Suprabhatham Seva will be running in parallel.
