The current booking procedure for Thomala Seva tickets at the Central Reservation Office (CRO) in Tirumala is as follows:

  1. Pilgrims should go to the CRO office in Tirumala, which is located opposite the Tirumala Bus Station.
  2. At the CRO office, there is a lucky dip registration counter near the Vijaya Bank counter. pilgrims can enroll themselves for the lucky dip from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  3. The results of the lucky dip are declared after a random selection process at 6:00 PM. If selected, SMS alerts are sent to the registered mobile number.
  4. Seva tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis starting from 9:00 AM at the Vijaya Bank Counter, based on availability for the next day.
